So, looking for gluten, egg, dairy, wheat free recipes especially cakes is quite difficult to find.. slowly finding blogs using English/European measurements not cups of this.
My ingredients for the banana bread
- 2 bananas
- vanilla extract
- 50g brown sugar
- 125g corn flour
- sprinkle of cinnamin
- hefe/back pulver (baking powder) teaspoon
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius and cook for 45/50 minutes.
If you want to add a splash of water for moisture you can do, I chose not to this time and it came out nicely.
In another banana loaf I added sultanas which was rather tasty.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Prepare a baking tray, I use baking paper to spread some marg around the tray so it doesn’t stick.
Once all mixed and tray prepared pour the mixture in and pop it in the oven to bake!
